Frequently Asked Questions How do I access my digital art files?

As soon as your purchase transaction clears, you will receive a secure confirmation email containing direct links to download your high-resolution digital files.
Alternatively, if you registered a customer account, your file(s) vault will always be accessible directly through your account.

How long does shipping take for physical items like posters or canvases?

Fulfillment: Takes an average of 3-8 business days for canvases, posters, and journals.
Standard Shipping: Once fulfilled, domestic US shipping takes 3-8 business days.
Total Estimated Time: Generally plan for 7-14 business days total from the moment the customer orders until it hits their doorstep.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees: The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Will I get a package tracking number?

Tracing: When your order is fulfilled, a shipping label is created at the facility, and a tracking number is generated.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update and show movement, especially if the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet.
Shipping confirmation email: We send this email when your order is dispatched. There will be a separate email for each shipment if your order is split into multiple packages.

Can I change, cancel, or update the address on my order after submitting it?

Yes! You can make changes or cancellations, but they must be reported within 2 hours of checkout.
Our systems instantly route orders to an automated printing queue, so adjustments are only possible before fulfillment begins.
Once processing starts at the printing facility, modifications can no longer be made.

Can I print my purchased digital downloads multiple times?

Absolutely! You are welcome to print your acquired digital files as often as you like for your own personal enjoyment, gift-giving, or home decor needs.
However, commercial exploitation, print-selling, or design redistribution remains strictly prohibited.
