- Strict Digital File Rules: All digital download purchases grant you a license for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, modifying, uploading to public file networks, or using our designs commercially without explicit written consent from us.
2. Print on Demand Fulfillment
- Our physical product roster—including but not limited to posters, canvases, journals, mugs, pillows, home decor, and apparel—is printed on demand automatically via Printful when an order is placed.
- Production processing windows fluctuate dynamically based on regional factory volume and logistical queues.
3. Payment & Billing Security
- All transactions are securely routed through external, encrypted third-party validation networks (such as Stripe or PayPal).
- You agree to provide accurate financial credentials and authorization when committing to a checkout purchase.
4. Limitation of Liability
- A Touch Of Color Shop shall not be held liable for temporary technical link failures affecting immediate digital delivery downloads, printing dispatch delays on behalf of third-party fulfillment services, or shipping pipeline disruptions beyond our direct scope of management.
