Shop Resolution Disclosures
- Digital Downloads Policy: Because digital data configurations are accessed instantly via web transfer pipelines, all digital file purchases remain completely final, non-returnable, and ineligible for refund. Please thoroughly read file configuration parameters, software support details, and item breakdowns prior to payment. If you face downloading issues, reach out to atouchofcolorshop@gmail.com.
- Custom Made-to-Order Physical Items: Physical merchandise layouts are engineered programmatically upon transaction checkouts through Printful operations. Because production runs are custom-built exclusively for you, returns or partial processing refunds cannot be authorized for buyer remorse trends, situational mind shifts, or incorrect size/color selections. Please evaluate sizing dimensions charts before submitting transactions.
- Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If structural components arrive damaged, punctured, torn, or show blatant misprints from manufacturing lanes, we will expedite support. Issues must be formally submitted within 30 days of standard delivery validation. Email order numbers along with crisp photographic evidence directly to atouchofcolorshop@gmail.com so we can issue a fresh product replacement or full refund.
- Packages Lost in Transit: For cargo shipments verified as missing inside shipping pathways, submit an email inquiry within 30 days after the calculated estimated delivery milestone. Our team will file structural processing claims with logistics partners to secure and ship out a replacement parcel to your address.
How long does it take to get an approved refund?
- Once a refund is approved by our team, it is issued immediately through our payment system.
- It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing speeds.
- Note: If the refund is issued immediately after ordering, it may process as a "reversal." In this case, the original charge will simply disappear from your statement rather than showing up as a separate credit.
